Does Jude look like he has any pitbull or American staffirdshire terrier in him he's 10months to a year old and loves people and dog. He weighs around 64 to 70 pounds.

No way of telling for sure thepitmaster but it looks like Jude has some mix of bully in him. 70 pounds at 10 months, wow, gonna be a big boy!
Welcome to the forum and thanks for sharing the picture.

70 lbs is pretty big for an APBT or Am Staff. You probably just have a Bull breed mix of some kind.

Good looking boy though. I love his ears.

It's almost impossible to figure out what a dog is mixed with just by looking at pictures.
Heck, I own a shelter mutt myself. I love her to death, but even after being around her every day for 5 years, I still don't have a friggin' clue what she's mixed with lol.
The best approach is to narrow it down to a type of dog, not a breed (Sheepdog, Bulldog, retriever, terrier, etc). For instance, my girl has a lot of shepherd like traits, so I tell people she's a shepherd mix.
Your boy looks like he might have some bully breed in him, so you could call him a bully breed or a bulldog mix.

And even then, we could still be totally off. There's really no way to know, But if you really want to narrow it down, this is the best way to do it without calling your dog something he isn't.

Thank you I wish I knew what he was mixed with. The reason is because my neighbor is scared of him thinking he will kill their dogs when in fact he he loves dogs.

Assure your neighbor that you own a mixed breed mutt, just like many of us here. Then suggest that they educate themselves. "You can't judge a book by looking at it's cover" seems to apply there.

I have had such neighbors before, they will get used to having them around with time.
