food aggression towards only other dogs

i've been having a bit of an issue with my pit who will be 1 year old next month.

my dog shows food aggression towards dogs and only dogs. she will growl amd snap, but as far as i know, she has never actually bitten another dog. (she tried to go toe to toe with an english mastiff once!!)
she has a great relationship with two of the dogs she has snapped at, and has no problem sharing water with a dog.
i've noted if she isn't right next to thw dog, like if i have her on a leash, she can eat relatively close to another dog.

everything i've seen online about fixing food aggression is all about hand feeding your dog, but i have done that. she also does not care id a human, even a small child, goes near or grabs her food. its ONLY with dogs that she snaps.
i'm afraid she might end up biting a dog and she'll be labeled as aggressive and put down or something as she is an APBT!
any advice on how i can break her aggression? i've had her since she was 4 weeks old and has never had a bad experience with another dog before.

Is there a reason why this dog HAS to be feed with other dogs around? My initial thought is make sure you're feeding them all separate and never give food, rewards, treats, or anything else of high value when they are together. If it is truly just a food aggression with other dogs, it should be easy enough to just avoid. As DA aggression is common in bull breeds and food aggression is not in common in ANY breed, there's not anything you can do to "break" her aggression.

I had an issue with one of my two pups when we first got them. Kaos, my male, was the runt of his litter and was in rough shape when we brought him home at 8 weeks with his spine and hip bones clearly showing. Nala, his sister, was in better shape and much more solid. Kaos was mildly food aggressive at first, but it was only because he was HUNGRY! Once he came to realize that everyone was going to get plenty to eat and he did not have to fight for his food, it became a non-issue. That clearly isn't the case in your situation.
