getting stronger(1000lb club)
245x4 reps bench press, 365x3 reps squats, 405x6 reps deadlifts. Thats right ladies and gentleme, your skinny little buddy Matt Allen is now a member of the 1000lb club with a 1015lb total FOR REPS I MIGHT ADD!!! Probably could have added 20lbs to my bench and 50 to my deadlift for one rep maxes but I kept it safe( No spotter, no belt, and no hooks). Next stop 1300 pounds by Halloween. Im currently 5'9 @ 170
