brand new to the idea of raw diet

so ive heard of raw diet, just never read into or cared too much. my question is, does the benifits make up for the expense? as i heard it is a lot more expensive.
any websites that you guys can lead me to so i can read just what the heck it is in more detail?
do you guys see more of a difference in dogs that eat raw vs totw?
im thinking about getting dharma eating raw but want to research first so any advice would be great

Ecko is almost 2 years raw fed. It really doesn't cost me anymore then high end kibble in the long run.

I've got 9 dogs on raw right now and I'm actually saving a little bit from what I was spending on 4 health grain free. I do see differences. The stool is way smaller and easier to clean up, less gassy, and allergies clearing up. Not to mention they have more energy than they ever did on kibble.

Its actually usually cheaper than a decent grain free kibble, even TOTW.
Prey Model Raw - PMR dog food and Raw Feeding 101 and you can read about the diet
Yes you absolutely see a difference. My blue dog went from TOTW PS to raw and I wont go back, ever.

Utilize your resources. Depending on the part of the country you live there are many resources available to you to supplement the raw feeding.
Butchers, Fishermen, farmers, etc..

I moved over to raw because of my boys allergies. I was nervous in the beginning about the cost, but I have found that I am spending much less than I would be on grain free. (almost all grain free foods in South Africa have to be imported)

The switch is a lot easier than it sounds, and even feeding is a breeze when you get into a routine.

Have a look at preymodelraw.com it's where just about everyone starts. They're really helpful.

I'm sure that if you have specific questions and post them up, those of us who feed raw would be more than happy to give you our feedback.
