I don't feed raw anymore Chalice was my girl that needed that type of diet. Kibble didn't work with her too many health issues.

She got:
Chicken wings once a week chicken liver/hearts
Veggies: rutabeggies, turnips, squash, carrots, green beans, sweet potatoes, cauliflower, those were the main vegggies I used.
Egg once a week
Yogurt 7live culture every day
Once a week she got brown rice with whatever fat drippings we had from the week.
once a week she got a fruit smoothee.
Then I had supplements for her pancreatitis

-I usually buy chicken quarters or whole chickens, and feet, ground chicken, gizzards and liver
-boneless beef, hamburger, heart and kidney
-pork tails, meat, ribs, kidney and heart - (just got a half a pork head a few weeks ago for the first time - I'm scared to feed the brain, tho, so it's still in the freezer)
-whole mackeral (might have lost that supplier, tho, so I just bought 8 lbs of cleaned tilapia), canned sardines when I'm out of fresh fish
-canned green tripe by Before Grain (did I read somewhere that they now have added more stuff to the plain meat cans?!?)
-turkey and lamb cause wicked gas, dangit (but so do sardines LOL.)
-I would like to find reasonably priced rabbit and some other interesting meats but with one dog, it's not worth joining a co-op....
-I forget about eggs - but try to remember one at least per week

I used to feed veggies but don't anymore tho I will throw some leftover cooked veggies in the bowl - I have, tho just started adding a half a human multi-vitamin on M-W-F and will give it a month to see if I see anything different (in addition to fish oil and vits E and C)

Occasionally I add plain yougurt or cottage cheese but less so now than I used to (plus, they cause eye boogers in my dog)

I tried to feed my girls tilapia yesterday and Rudi would NOT eat it! Belle ate hers just fine but Rudi would just not eat it. I tried to give it to her like a treat, ripped a hunk off and gave it to Belle and then tried to give it back to Rudi, no dice... Belle ended up eating the whole thing and I gave her some mackeral instead. ayeayiyi

I cut all of the spines off the tipalia --- those things could almost be used as needles to sew with!!! (maybe they were getting stabbed?) Mackeral/sardines are certainly a lot softer in general.
