looking for a place to do phot colauges(sp), simply effects, just something better than... paint. anyone have any good places? Im trying to make a sig, and re-do a whole bunch of stuff for a website and such :) thank you!!!

does anyone know how to get a rate my pitbull id ##??

everytime i try to edit my profile info like entering a url or something it says i have the wrong rate my pitbull info and when i try to get one it doesnt let...does anyone have any info on this???? thanks
