Hi, I live in Finland and looking for American Pitbull Terrier.
I will train dog to be my helper, I'm in wheelchair and dog should be my helper, friend and guarder.
It will go everywhere where I will go, to the shops, library, meet doctors, etc etc - everywhere!
So it almost never must be...
my dog is confident and targets well enough to where he has been on 5 different decoys so far. this is a video of him on a decoy that puts no fight into the helper work. i can not stress enough how important a solid helper is, and how important it is to have a dog worked by more than one helper.
