when i take my male for a walk, he seems like he wants to pee on eveything and anyone in area... is that normal?.. he is not fixed. would getting him fixed help?.. he is 1 year old

This is new to me and totally flipped me out. Rain for some reason is marking territory in MY HOUSE!!! She has already peed in front of and in Ceaser's crate. She has also peed in his corner spot. She pees then "scratches". I have never in my life owned a female that does this. Maybe she...
