hello! My pitbull, Sasha, is around 10-11 years old. Recently, I noticed she kinda pops and creaks when she gets up in the morning and stretches, particularly in her front leg joints. Shes been checked for hip dysplasia multiple times by a vet, and shes good. Shes very active for a senior dog, big backyard she loves to run around in and patrol -- though I could really take her for more walks (3-4 times a week, unfortunately with my chronic pain and fatigue it is hard to get out for walks often enough. I used to walk her every day before it got bad). I recently got her some treats that contained glucosamine (600 mg) MSM (210 mg) and Krill (?). Vet IQ brand. Havent been giving her them long enough to see any difference but she seems to like them! Have you guys had any luck with such treats for your senior dogs? Any other ideas for making her more comfortable? Thanks!

Cosaquin or Dasaquin is a good supplement. Fish oil is a natural anti inflammatory as well.

X's 2 on the fish oil. Add it to her food at every meal. It helped one of mine for many years.

Look for joint "treats" that also contain green lipped mussel, along with all the other good stuff.
Conner gets joint treats in am and a hemp comfort treat in the pm. As well as salmon oil 2x day.
I also give him Comfort Gold (from pet wellbeing.com) and doggie CBD when he's hurting more.
Love your kitty pic!

Keep her as active as you can at home. Fetch in the yard or games in the house. And massage. Anyone you can trust enough to give her a walk?

I could ask my neighbor to give her a walk so shes at least getting one or two more walks a week :)

also I added salmon oil to her diet and she seems a little less sore.

I do the following for my senior dogs:
1) Synovi G4 joint supplement (recommended by my PT Vet)
2) Fish oil of some kind
3) Myos Muscle Supplement
4) Keep them active but consider low impact activities
5) Fitness/Gym activities - at the very basics a second neutral stand (google it), paws up (couch cushion on the floor works great, keep spine neutral and positions neutral aka not stretched forward and head in line with spine), and back paws up (same advice as for front paws up), additionally backing up is a good exercise for an old dog, as is sit to stand with front paws staying stationary (tuck sit and kick back stand are terms you can look up to find videos). Reps and duration can be built slowly. Some dogs starting out might only be good for a few seconds, but ultimately you want them to be able to hold for 30ish seconds (not feasible for some old dogs dependent on injuries/health). If you need some pictures I might be able to take some to show.
