For dip use the following:

2 lbs. Ground Sausage (Hot or Mild)
2-3 lbs box. Velveeta Cheese
1 Lg jar Pace Picante Sauce (Mild or Hot) ( I don't recommend the hot)
Chips (we used the tostitos scoops)

Brown crumbled sausage & drain. Cut Velveeta cheese up and melt until all is melted. Put sausage in a bowl pour the cheese over it, mixing as you go, then pour sauce over and mix. It's ready, eat up. Enjoy.

I make something like this but I don't use the picante. I use green chiles and tomatoes. I need zest in my life!
