4 whole chicken breasts
4 slices bacon
1 jar armour dried beef (canned meat aisle) *note* very salty, no additional salt needed in recipe
1 can northern beans
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can minced mushrooms
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup all purpose flour
dash of black pepper

Align bottom of greased crock pot with 6 - 8 slices of armour dried beef.
Wrap chicken in bacon slices & place in crock pot on top of the armour dried beef. After rinsing can of northern beans in water, add to crock pot. In separate bowl, mix together can of cream of chicken soup, sour cream & flour. Once blended add mushrooms to the mixture & stir together. Add mixture on top of chicken & beans, sprinkle black pepper & cook on low heat 7-9 hours.

Additional notes:

Northern Beans may be substituted for rice or egg noodles but substitutions will need to be prepared separately from the crock pot right before you're ready to serve the chicken.

One more thing, I hate mushrooms to the bottom of the 9th. But the crock pot cooks the mushrooms down & you can not taste them in the recipe. The mushrooms give it a little something & doesn't taste right without.
