Hello all!! I know pits don’t usually have to be washed or groomed too too frequently but I’d like to hear people’s opinions on it. What shampoo do you use?? And do you use conditioner? Also what is the best type of brush for my little pitty?

I use Zymox shampoo for Geach and Natures Miracle for Bruno. I don't use a brush, coats aren't really thick enough for one. I'd imagine a curry comb or slicker brush from the feed store would do well on a short coated dog though. We're in central FL so don't get much in the way of season changes so they don't shed quite as much as everyone else's dogs do.

I use a silicone scrubby in the bath to get the excess hair off. I love ultra max or grimeinator for shampoo. My boy has sensitive skin and these when diluted work great for irritation and odor.
