welcome to the forum, pretty much you can tell what you have by the bloodlines , bullys tend to be thicker / bigger as well but there are some bullys that lookvery close to the UKC standard APBT so having the pedigree is really the best way to tell the difference. check out the Bully 101 section there is alot of info in there on different bloodlines and there is a diagram of the bully conformation standards to check out.
you can also check out the ABKC The American Bully Registry
or the BBCR Bull Breed Coalition Registry - Bull Breed Coalition Registry new
for info on the different classes of bully and a good description of each.

Supplements at 12 weeks? Would you give a toddler supplements? Dogs really don't need supplements for muscles. You can give him stuff for healthy skin, coat & immune system. Anyway nice looking pup. Let him grow on his own.

Your female is old enough to do some work. Hand walks, tug, spring pole and maybe weight pull

agree with the 2 above, but had to say your pup is very cute ..I love that rottie , thats what i have always wanted but family and boyfriends have always veto'd that idea, your moms dog is very handsome , both look to be good buddys right now :) {hopefully that doesnt change, but you are aware of possible dog aggression as your dog ages right?}
for supplements though the only thing I give young pups is fish oil pills helps there coat and skin, but for muscle tone that will come as he matures witha proper diet and exercise. Just enjoy this puppy age , believe me it doesnt last long.

thanks for the advice and yes i am aware of the chance of dog aggression but that is why my dogs are very well socialised with other dogs that are my friends and my parents

@Trojanboi400 i wish she would lol she is lazy and she is afraid to tug the rope i hung from the tree out back its low so all 4 are on the ground and don't worry huge branch like 2ft thick my mothers pit thinks its the best thing in the world you have to make him go in side

yes just the over the counter normal fish oil pills , you can use omega3 pills or omega 3-6-9 any of those work fine { just 1 is needed though} for pups i give 1 pill up until a year and the adults i give 2 pills a day, just add to the food dish. mine will eat the capsuls whole, if you have a picky dog you may have to break them open, or you can get the liquid in a bottle with a pump.
