I have a pup that is 6 weeks old and she is rcovering from a case of having worms. I do plan on feeding primarily kibble but I will throw in a raw treat every now and then Im wondering if I should wait until she is fully cleared by the vet or can I start on some soft organs now as a treat every now and then

I do not recommend raw as as a treat. Replacing a meal with a turkey neck or other bone in meat would probably be OK, but organs are very rich and will likely create more of a mess then you really want to deal with.

Yep what they said ^^

Organs can cause the runs in a dog and arent added into a full raw diet until like 7-8 weeks into raw feeding usually.

Like they said giving heavy bone treats, like turkey neck or we used to give beef ribs is a great treat and wont upset the dogs guts too much and you will get some of the benefits like cleaner teeth.
