No. I am pretty sure the mild electrical shock that it issues wouldn't be enough of a deterrent for APBTs.

Our breeds to strong and many dogs have to much drive for that to stop them

hard to say, he is ok. he will be on a chain during the day/night but free to roam when im at home. the female (which i gave to a friend) i had was uncontrollable but my male is controlable

I wouldnt trust it. I know someone who used one with her dog. They had it for 3 months and then the dog chased a rabbit and got hit by a car. This was a jack russel not a pit bull.

IMO they are worthless... that's just from my experiences... I had one around my chain link fence. They learn to toy with it at first, but if they see another animal that shock either A) doesn't bother them because they just go right through it and B) just makes them even more angry at the other animal.
