Hello Diamontesmom and welcome to GP. Pretty boy you have there. He could be considered a blue fawn or a champagne. It's hard to tell in the light in your pictures. Outside pics in natural light are the best way to get a good read.
As for nose color, TBH I have no idea why anyone/everyone is obsessed about their dogs nose. It doesn't matter, AT ALL! It makes no difference regarding health, bloodline, pedigree, conformation, breed, and so one and so forth. BYB like to use nose color to make their dogs seem "rare" or "special" but the truth of the matter is it doesn't matter. It's like judging a person based on their hair or eye color.
