Some great points that were made are the city's who rely on visual descriptions are admittedly basing their descriptions off the ADBA breed standards since there is not standard in the AKC since they are not recognized. The ADBA explicitly says their standards can NOT be used as breed identification. Fred and Jo are going to start looking into why this is not copy-write infringement at best.
