You can't make them not jump the fence if they see something interesting. Why fix one and not the other? Fixing them both will at least rule out the need to hop the fence for females in heat. The only sure fire way to keep them in is to never leave them unsupervised, and chain them while being supervised.

Ahhhh, makes sense now. :)

My post may have sounded a bit snooty, sorry. I should have said, the "cheapest" way to keep them in the yard would be monitored chains. You could build ten foot fences and so on, but even then it's not a sure thing.

Would love to see pics of your boys. :)

First off, I have a special place in my heart for the blue boys. (I'm not biased at all LOL) Second, Riley is absolutely one gorgeous shepherd.
Stupid muzzle laws. I'm glad Central FL is pretty laid back about bull dogs. My boy's even allowed at my local pub. The bartender keeps treats behind the bar just for him. :)
Diesel's gonna be a big boy with those giant feet.
