We had a sprinkler head break in the two garages on the one side of mine earlier this week and there are two guys there fixing it this am when I took the DD out for their morning walk. They were loving on my pups and my pups were definitely eating up the attention. The one guy was really into Kaos and wanted to know if I would breed him. Of course my answer was a quick and firm no and how he was scheduled to be neutered soon. He went on and on about what gorgeous dogs they are and I beamed with pride.

He then went on to tell me had had a “blue pit bull” that he had to put down because his dog had separation anxiety and destroyed a crate and went on to attack two dogs. “He was awesome with people and loved kids but when it came to other dogs, he wasn’t raised that way and I had to put him down”. My mouth got the best of me and out came “What the hell is wrong with you?” Before I could even think. He was definitely taken aback and I went on to verbally thrash him about how his dog didn’t deserve that and he better do some research about bulldogs before he opens his mouth and that he should never be allowed to own another BBM or any ulldog ever again. And then I walked away. Not my best moment but I guess I bite my tongue so often on other areas of life (like work!) that it just came flying out. Regardless this stupid man needed an education and he got a very short one and my ire for a few minutes.

LMAO. In other words, you had the right to remain silent but not the ability. Good for you , hope it didn't fall on deaf ears.

That about sums it up! Complete with the turn on my heals and walk away (mic drop! LOL) I doubt he took any of it in but I sure felt better letting it out.

LOL.. go girl! He didn't raise his dog to do that?? He obviously didn't raise him to be calm and accepting of confinement, either. UGH.
