Sorry that it took so long for someone on our site to respond to you. I'd like to take the time to welcome you abord and assure you that your little girl is experiencing something completely normal. Bitches heat cycles are a funky thing... Clots are normal, and so is the bladder control issues. Every single one of my bitches have had bladder control issues with their first heat cycle. Only two of them had issues on the second round with their cycles. It's not something that many people run into an issue with, but it is ok and she will be back to normal soon enough. Just remember when shes finished bleeding, she will still be "in heat" for 2 weeks afterwards and THAT is when she will be succeptible to male visitors so keep an eye out!
I can always tell when Crush comes into season because sometimes she will pee her crate before she goes in and sometimes while in season. It is normal and no big deal so is clotting. As long as she is not over urinating like excessively then she is fine. If it continues or seems excessive she could have a bladder infection but my guess is it is normal for her. Some bitches also get really weird in temperament and seem off to the owners, this is also normal. I have dogs who never show any change and some dogs who kind of freak out and act not normal while in season. Kind of like us woman! lol
