Dude, thats a little young even for drag training surely ?? joints, tendons, ligaments, muscles are all still forming !! but I'm no expert ;)

I've been drag training Max for a couple months, with very light weight that I am just about to increase by a couple of kilo's, and he is just 18mths now ;)

Lovely marking by the way ;)

She looks awfully young for you to be putting any weight on her....
People who now what they are doing start a lot younger. This would be like telling some one not to let their teenage son not to work out for sports.

just as in anything else.. you HAVE to know what you are doing, and what is and isn't ok. when to stop, what to do..
