is it a fluid filled bulge or solid? If it is fluid that makes sense that it moved. Vixen never had a reaction to rabies till 2 years ago she filled up with fluid around her neck and front leg. If it is solid take him to the vet and have them look at it. It could be a fast growing tumor that just popped up and has nothing to do with the vaccine.
