I am soooooo happy right now! I found a new upgraded download of Photoshop Cs5!! It's sooooo much better then the Cs4 but either one is considered worth being thankful 4 to me!

You should use Illustrator and convert your line art to vector then take it to photoshop and airbrush it =)
