I want to thank REDOG for opening new sections in the forum. The Agility and Schutzhund sections will be for training tips just like the other ones. I am also privileged to be the moderator of these sections. Thank you Admin!

I wanted to add if anyone does Agility or is thinking about Agility I would be more than happy to answer any questions. I know there are other members who would have good advise too. If you didn't read my intro I have been competing in agility for over 10 years. I have ran 7 APBT's and 1 Border Collie in Agility and currently own my own Dog Training business. I teach Ob, Agility, and behavioral consults. Our kennel has the current #1 APBT in agility for 2 years running in NADAC. I also compete in USDAA and soon UKC. I also do Schutzhund with my dogs. So ask away I have plenty of knowledge to share!

It's not any harder than any other breed. BUT you have to get on top of dog aggression when the puppy is young. You have to correct any dog aggression right away so it is not an issue. Then you are ready for Agility. The best thing is to go to puppy obedience, puppy agility, then novice obedience, then an adult agility class.

Thank you GoPitbull staff for having these forums. It's so important for new owners to see the many choices available for them to participate in with their dogs.

Yes I agree. We need to show owners that there is more than just WP and Schutzhund for their dogs.

I do flyball with my dogs so if any one has questions about that sport just pm me and I will help you out.
