Hello. Nice to meet everyone. I have a rescued Am Staff her name is Bella. I have had her since she was 4 months old, she just turned 10. About 6 weeks ago she had two back to back seizures. Took her to the vet full blood panel and found nothing metabolic. She is now on levetiracetam. Since then she has 3-4 additional. Looking for any thoughts or other things anyone else is doing. Thank you very much.

Hello Joill and Bella and welcome to GoPitBull. Way to go on the rescue, very sorry to hear that she is experiencing seizures. Did your vet have any ideas about what is causing them? I know drugs take time to get into their system but if the Levetiracetam isn't working perhaps a different type of anti convulsion drug would help. Best of luck with your girl and please keep us updated.
