never mind,I just went on this site , guess I wont be going now ! Punish the Deed, not the Breed!

The so called vicious dogs have to be in an enclosed lot and have a 6ft fence .

The reason i asked is because someone I know that lives there told me about a little girl getting attacked :( this sucks

The place I was wanting to visit isnt on the list,so is it in effect or no ?

You can call the city or town and ask them, just to make sure.

BSL in Toledo/Holland Ohio has been removed from the books. It is based on the actions of the dog. However they are expected to be insured, leashed and muzzled in public. Now on that note I have yet to see one pit bull type muzzled other then my own. lol Last year the sheriff showed up at my house because Beastley was yowling while he played on his swinging rope and the neighbors called on us saying they thought we were abusing him. They wanted to see the dog to make sure he was okay and they also wanted to see his license and vet records. Once they saw everything was okay they left without question.

Okay she has all that but I would have to get license, they are not required here . But I should have mentioned im going Piqua Ohio ,IF she can go . I cant find it on the BSL page so I guess its fine right ?

It did say they was trying to get rid of the breed or something like that for OH ,I cant remember .

Anyways , if its not on the list then its fine,or no ?

St. Paris, Ohio (Champaign County) Pit Bull Ordinance
This is the ordinance in Piqua, Oh. If it doesn't show a hyper link go to web and type in BSL Piqua, Oh. On the left you will see Piqua and click on it. Ordinance will pop up. Hope this will help you make a decision

I will probley take her and go ,AFTER I check everything first . Cause im not going to leave her here for a few months without me cause even with someone watching her she wouldnt get the care/attention she needs ,well IMO .

But if I take her ,the persons house(family friend) I will be staying at has a fenced in yard so thats good, but I dont know about walking her cause I have never been there before

I am not sure, I would call the county. I live here so licenses are required if it is just temporary housing they may not require it, you may just have to notify them that you are visiting for a family event. Personally I can't see them requiring you to get an Ohio License for a short period of time, but that is me.
