Anyone know of a southern Idaho border collie rescue?
I know of a pup needing a new home.
He was rescued, with his brother, from a hoarder. Rescuer is now overwhelmed with this pup, as he probably needs a working home.
He's driving her current dogs crazy!
She will get him neutered before placement.
He is probably mixed with Kelpie.

Have you tried the tri-state border collie rescue? They rescue in Oregon Washington and Idaho.
