I have a Pit bull, his name is Shadow, I had to take him to the vet and they diagnosed him with panosteitis. He is in so much pain it hurts my heart to see him like this. Normally he is a fun loving playful pup. He is so sweet and now all he is doing is sleeping and lying around. If you try to move him in any way for any reason he yelps. The vet said it is very painful. They have given him pain meds and some anti-inflammatory meds. Has anyone had anything like this happen with their pup? He normally plays and runs aroud, very active. Now he is sleeping and he is sore to the touch! I hate seeing him like this. Any advice on what I can do for him? I want to help him feel better! Any ideas?

My girl is still working on growing out of her Pano, but she is much much better now than before. Right away my vet had me take her off puppy food and cut her feeding amount down, we also give her canine aspirin and started only exercising her on grass...I hope your pup feels better soon.
