... puppies until 4mos JMO should have open availability to food if its just a pet. Then regiments should start. I feed raw because dry kibble has to much controversy for good reason. .. . The best advice I can give is get frozen biljac feed it 3 times a day and pick a good 26% kibble to keep down all day..
Puppies chew on foreign objects and get them in the intestines.. I've been on several surgeries of just that case.. One bullmastiff had months of poo problems like what you speak and he had 30+ pairs of panies (they had been disappearing for months apparently.. LOL) golf ball pieces, tennis ball in pieces, tooth brush pieces.. and so on hair ties, feminine product cardboard.. LOL that dog had alot inside.. so an xray doesnt hurt besides pups should have frequent exams just for socialization if nothing else. ..
Other than food disagreeing with him/her ... foreign objects is all I can think of, get him xrayed Just in Case.. once they stop eating.. its uphill battle.
