My Layla is ten months now and I was just wondering if that was to early to start bringing her on short runs with me? She always has so much energy after we go to the field so I thought running would be good for her but my vet said not till she is a year old. But the vets are not always good for information so what do you guys think about the whole running thing?

I start mine at about 6 months but my male Rampage has so much energy I just started him at 5 months and it helps keep him calm through the day until we go on our nightly walk. I only run them twice a week though. I guess try it out and see how she does, just start out slow.
