She is throwing up liquid kinda foamy she won't eat but she will drink water her stool was hard this morning

What if anything did she ingest? The foamy liquid could be stomach bile. My advice is if she is still not eating tomorrow get her to the vet and explain the symptoms.

As was already advised, if she is still lethargic and not eating tomorrow, take her to the vet and explain the symptoms and let them check her out.

Going to the bathroom and still drinking water (and keeping it down) are GREAT signs. I hope you woke up with her feeling better and if not you are able to ease your mind at the vet. Hope it's just a bug and not something serious.
