Pet Dog Manners and Behavior Part 1 - covers the basic commands all dogs benefit from knowing. Sit, down, stay, come and polite leash walking are among the topics taught. This 4-week class begins April 12 at 9:30 AM at the Humane Society of Vero Beach and Indian River County, April 27 at Florida Veterinary League at 6:30 PM, or May 5 at Sebastian Animal Hospital at 6 PM. This introductory level class is an hour a week for 4 weeks and is $75.00.

K9 Noseworks - is a great new dog sport that uses your dogs scenting ability for mental stimulation. This class is great for people and dogs of all ages and physical abilities. K9 Noseworks is a fast easy way to create fun for you and your dog. Class is an hour a week for 4 weeks for $60.0 and takes place at the Humane Society of Vero Beach and Indian River County.

Special Puppies Only Social Hour - The first Thursday of every month at 6 PM at Village Animal Clinic, this is a onetime socialization class. It features an opportunity to ask questions about training and behavior as well as chance to meet other puppies and make some friends. A $10.00 fee includes hand outs and some very basic training.

Agility - is available twice a week as an ongoing class. This class is held outdoors. New dogs may start almost any time. Agility training increases your dog's confidence, offers the possibility of competition and is great fun! Agility training takes place Saturdays at 9 AM and Tuesdays at 5 PM.

Private training in the convenience of your home is available by appointment.
