I have a 9 month old, female blue nose that is 61 pounds and in great shape. I feed her Blue Buffalo Large Breed Puppy food, with wild salmon oil and cooked yams mixed into the kibble. She is phenomenally healthy, but I was wondering at what age or weight should I switch her to adult food.

personally next time your bag o food runs out. but I think 12 months is what is recommended. Unless you got one of the blue bags that will tell you something crazy like 24months.

I don't think 60 pounds would be large breed ether....buts that's just me. I look at large breed like over 80..

this breed is not a large breed regardless of what a bag tells you so I would switch to a normal sized dog food. Also I switched my dogs we ll before a year with vet recommendations to do so. Some people on here never even use puppy food they opt for an all life stage food, really it is up to you. I like to switch mine over around the 8-10 month mark.
