Hey guys, would you say a turkey thawed in a sink from afternoon to the next day and then refrigerated for a few days would be safe? Asking because my boyfriend thawed the turkey in the sink from 3 pm yesterday til noon today and when I found it, it was no longer frozen and only spots were still cold. So I put it in the fridge. It wont be cooked til Christmas eve. I think it sat out to long, he and other family members dont agree. What do you think?
