cute dog but by looking at the pic i really really dont think it is a purebred apbt. looks more like American bully to me then apbt.

Is it just the angle of the picture or has he got a huge head ? Also is his forhead a little tall for an a.p.b.t ?
Or is my observation a little harsh and only applies to the showring ?

Lovely looking dog though, and a very big looking boy.

head looks large to be apbt, papers showing lineage is the only way to know. great looking dog regardless.

i should have said earlier im leaning more towards thinking he is a bully too..
i was looking at the size of his neck then the size of his head on that angle..
also is his muzzle a bit hmm short? stumpy?
they have been told he has sorrel in him but again they never got papers,

I don't think hes an American Bully, but just a pitbull/ American Bulldog mix... Many people are just calling any pitbull mix an American Bully now tho so you could call him that I guess. Good lookin boy tho with a solid body and I love that head

well im really new to all of this as you can tell!! lol

now ill be really honest.. i was told my girl tanka was purebred but since i have joined this site i have relised i do not actually have a purebred pitbull

this boy is my girls dadda!!

little disappointing (due to lack of research this is my fault)
but i love my girl and wouldnt have it any other way

If she a good dog thats all that matters! Half the papered dogs arn't purebred lmao so I wouldn't worry to much on it

Of course, that doesn't mean we all support breeding unregistered, untitled dogs. But glad you're happy with your girl either way. Daddy could be a Pit Bull with one of those very showy, but not necessarily correct heads. Or he could be a mix. You'll never know for certain.

i am def not disappointed with tanka at all, shes great! i love her to bits!!
(except when she pinches my socks out of the laundry lol but we r working on that)
