when should I start training my girl?

My little girl Lily is about 4 months now, when should I start training her on weight pulling and what should I have her pull first?

I want to get her 2 year old rottie mix "sister" into weight pulling too but IDK how to intruduce her to the whole thing without her freaking out.

You can start getting them used to different equipment now for sure. I've been putting my 14 month old in my male's weight pull harness to get her used to it and I have her dragging things like empty milk jugs. No weight yet but it's a good way to introduce them to the feeling and sounds associated with actual pulling.

I wouldn't add any weight until 18 months + as you don't want to damage their joints and bones while they're still growing, but training is totally possible.
