Doesn't want to pull suddenly?

Gim has decided that he doesn't want to pull today. Normally, I can hook him up and he'll help me with the heavy yard work or pull the garbage cans up the driveway, but not today. I'm having a hard time getting a pic with him in his harness, but I'm thinking he's gotten too beefy for it. His energy level is down today too. The weird high-low weather might be to blame. Everything else seems fine. He got a couple booster shots, k9 flu and lyme disease, on Sat and it's Wed now. Could he still be feeling gross from those?

He probably is. Flu shots can bring the healthiest down for a week or so. I'm sure he'll be back to 100% in a few more days.

He still doesn't want to do much of anything, but the vet doesn't think it's anything to be concerned about. This lockdown stuff is making it hard to get an answer too. He has gained .4lb but looks skinnier.
I've found he'll work for his food and will offer tricks he's learned to get a few kibbles. In general, I feel like my dog just decided he wants to be lazy.
