Hello I just have a quick question of why my dog isn’t growing hair behind her eyes. As picture show she is basically completely bald behind both of her eyes.

Eyes? Or Ears? The pic is a bit vague on where the balding issue is. If you're referring to the space in front of the ears, they have sparse hair there naturally and the hair on their head is less thick then across the body.
Gotcha. She looks thin behind her ears not bald. That looks pretty normal from the pic, now that I know it's her ears and can see what is where. If it gets red or she starts scratching then she should see a vet for a possible ear infection or allergies. But IMO from the pic, it looks normal.
